I recently was home in England to see my sister as she had just had a baby boy. On visiting my nan we were looking at a wedding photograph of her and my Grandad on their wedding day. This is the only photograph that exists of their day.
Unfortunately there is a nasty tear going straight across my Grandad, see below;
I was sure with the help of Photoshop I could fix, or improve it.
Here is the result below;
There are parts that aren’t perfect but I am relatively pleased with the result. I have had it printed onto matte paper at a photo shop and it looks great. It is now destined for a frame in my home. And my nan finally has an (almost) perfect version of the original to keep.
